Application and Validity
These Terms of Use regulate the relationship between SpeedSpiration and the users of the online platform speedspiration.com.
By registration to SpeedSpiration.com you agree with the current formulated Terms of Use. SpeedSpiration reserves the right to change the terms and conditions in the future. Should the terms and conditions change, users will be informed via e-mail about the changes. Unless a refusal is received within six weeks, the so changed Terms of Use are understood as accepted.
User Profile and Duties
The use of SpeedSpiration.com is reserved to natural persons. Every participant sets up his/her own profile at SpeedSpiration.com. The profile can be named by the person’s real name as well as by a pseudonym. Participants register via their e-mail address, their chosen username and with their SpeedSpiration.com chosen password.
Users commit:
- to keep the chosen password private and not to give it out to third parties
- that the chosen name and profile picture doesn’t contain any discriminatory or copyright infringing content,
- not to post content on SpeedSpiration.com which infringes the rights of third parties or is of a discriminating nature to violate character
- in case of infringing this commitment concerning the posted content by the user, the relevant user is liable.
SpeedSpiration commits
- never to release users’ passwords to third parties
Data Protection
SpeedSpiration will only give data to third parties if required to do so by law or if these parties perform services on behalf of SpeedSpiration.
Your profile picture and username will be visible for the internal SpeedSpiration Community.
To promote great questions and answers on the homepage of speedspiration.com the profile picture, name and related content can be displayed publicly.
We may collect anonymous, non-personal information to improve our services.
SpeedSpiration provides you with your personal data stored by us upon request.

In this case SpeedSpiration attempts to make the page accessible again as quick as possible.

Costs of SpeedSpiration
The use of SpeedSpiration.com is free for regular accounts. SpeedSpiration may include premium accounts in the future, which will cost money. The amount differs and will be displayed on the website when choosing a premium account.
Deleting of Content
SpeedSpiration reserves the right to admonish users and delete content, if it is by an illegal character or if it infringes the above mentioned Terms of Use.
Legal Responsibility
On SpeedSpiration content will be generated, which is not produced by the administrators of the website but by the users. SpeedSpiration does not take responsibility for the content generated by the users. In case of direct or indirect injury caused by the user generated content SpeedSpiration disclaims any claims for compensation. Furthermore content may be generated, which links to websites of third parties via external links. SpeedSpiration has no influence on linked websites and due to this SpeedSpiration will assume no liability for the related content. As a service provider and according to § 7 paragraph 1 of TMG SpeedSpiration is responsible for own contents on these pages under the general laws. According to § § 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected by this. But a liability is only possible from the date of knowledge of a specific infringement. If SpeedSpiration gets informed about an infringement of law by third parties, the administrators will react as soon as possible.
E-Mails from SpeedSpiration
SpeedSpiration may send you e-mails to inform you about current activities concerning your profile and new features of the website. Upon request you can unsubscribe from those e-mails any time and free of charge.
Termination of Contract
SpeedSpiration reserves the right to delete user profiles of not fully completed applications after three month.
Furthermore SpeedSpiration reserves the right to admonish users and delete their profile and content in its sole discretion,
if it is by an illegal character or if it infringes the above mentioned Terms of Use.
Participants can terminate the contract at any time. For termination a message to hello@speedspiration.com is sufficient.
SpeedSpiration is based in Hamburg, Germany. It is therefore subject to German law.
